When [redacted] called the office it was not made clear she was canceling both appointments. However once she expressed her concern to the office manager her $100 was refunded immediately. The card was charged on 4/30/2015 and refunded Tuesday 5/5/2015 when I returned to the office. The office is closed Friday-Sunday and Monday do not work.

Review: My son and I had an appointment on Thursday, April 30th. Mine was at 5 and my son's was 5:45, two different doctors, same place. I thought my son had a baseball game at 5:15 for little league, so I called on Wednesday to cancel both our appointments. I said to the receptionist that I am calling to cancel our appointments. She said, [redacted] (my son) needs to make another appointment for the future, so she got consumed with making his appointment in the book that she forgot to take my name out of the cancellation. I wake up to the place automatically deducting 100.00 out of my checking account for a 'no show'. I am aware of their policy to do this, that is why I in fact DID call the day before, because I did not want to get stuck with a $100 bill. I have proof I called to cancel on my cell phone. The receptionist refuses to believe me and doesn't share the view point of 'customer service' she is telling me what I said, when I know for a fact I did cancel both appointments, it is her human error that she got side tracked. Now, I want to be reimbursed for this.Desired Settlement: $100.00 PUT back into my account. I am a single mother who brings her kid to baseball, I have no one else to bring him and my [redacted] know he is a child of a single parent, so if he has a baseball game who in the world would bring him? If my appointment was at 5 and I had to get him to his game at 5:15..then why wouldn't I cancel? I obviously can't be in two places at once so I know for a fact I cancelled both.
