Comprehensive RAD Services

I start by saying I pay all my MEDICAL BILL on time every time. Had a MRI at [redacted] in October 2015. I am on Medicare and was advised that I would have to pay the 20% cost. Was advised about the other company Comprehensive Radiology and so I requested a total which was provided, and I paid the bill in full at the hospital. On 2-6-2016 got a bill for $14.42 cents, this was the first bill that came to my mailbox. On the bill it had a amount then showed a zero balance, but on the bottom had a amount of $14.42. First, I called auto billing entered my account number, and it said I had a zero balance. Next, I called the company same day, and was told it was sent to "collections" and was given a number to believe [redacted]. I called them they had no info on this bill. So called the comprehensive people back, and requested a detailed bill and was told she could not do that for the account want to collections. I next emailed a written request for a detailed bill the same day, and to date have not been contacted or sent any detailed statement. Also, I reviewed my statement of " MAZIMUM YOU MAY BE BILLED" from Medicare, and the amount I paid the day of the MRI was like 100$ over when you add the hospital and comp. Rad services bill, so if anything I over paid. I now understand why this service is not rated with the Revdex.com, but you are forced to use them if you go to [redacted]. I filed complaint with Medicare.
