Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, we have the goal to meet or exceed our customers' expectations and take no complaint lightlySo, we called the patient within minutes of receiving this complaint, had a team leader
review with her and today the issue was resolvedPatient has been notified and is satisfiedWe have also now reviewed our systems in the billing department and made team aware that phones are to be answered from 9-and follow our company policy of returning ALL phone calls in 24-hours with the objective to resolve any issue, etcAlso, as a side note, we did have to fire a billing department manager just recently who has caused numerous issues in our billing department and we've got a team providing cleand oversight of this department
