Review: On my last appointment with [redacted], I was scheduled for a physical. When I arrived she informed that she did not have time to do a physical. I was scheduled to specifically have a physical, this was a waste of my time and not the first time, I was unhappy with them. At other times I has specifically asked to see the doctor but was scheduled to see the Physician's assistant. All of this is fine but I feel they should tell me ahead of time so I can decide if I want to keep the appointment. After she refused to do the physical I decided to find a new doctor. After quite some time I found another doctor near my workplace and requested that my medical records be sent to her office. Shortly after this [redacted]'s office began billing me for a missed appointment at $35. I was very displeased with her after my last appointment and had no intentions of seeing her again and I certainly did not schedule an additional appointment. I have tried to reach them by phone which requires holding on for some time so I then sent the bill back with a note explaining that I did not schedule or miss an appointment and requested that they contact me to discuss. I have not heard from them but they continue to send me this bill.Desired Settlement: I want you to check their records, see when my last appointment was, see how much time lapsed between that visit and when I requested my medical records be sent to [redacted] (my new doctor). Ask them when I scheduled this appointment. I know I had no intention of ever going there again and did not schedule another appointment. They are being dishonest and I want them to cancel and stop billing me with no derogatory information to my credit report.
