My legs feel the best they have in years. The stockings are easy to get on after just a little practice.
The stockings arrived in time for me to take on a 6 hour trip. The stockings were comfortable and I had no swelling on the long ride. The cotton content makes this style easier to pull on as you don't feel like you will "run" them when pulling them on. Will buy again in black this time.

Service is great and the stocking is doing what it should be! His ankle hasn’t looked this good in years. However, the liner that came with the zip up sock was to small. I ordered according to your measurement directions, but my husband is 6’2” and wears a size 12 shoe, so we had to cut the toe out of the liner and then it worked great. So this time I ordered, I ordered a size larger liner and we’ll see how that works. Otherwise a very satisfied customer!

This was paid for with the HSA card and they are waiting for a refund. I have not received an order. I have filed a complaint and requested a refund from them and there is no response.

With my preliminary investigation, I have not been able to determine why/how the items we don't stock were not submitted to Juzo, but I have refunded the amount in question for those items ($255.96..Please see attached refund confirmation). The dropship to Juzo should have been completed at the time the packing slip was printed for the discontinued item you purchased that shipped from here and as far as I can tell thus far, it was not. I sincerely apologize that these items were never shipped. That is not how we operate.
The pantyhose that were shipped to you were brand new and not shipped to you with a hole. They are 20-30 mmHg and Sheer which means they are thinner more delicate than opaque style garments. For orders over $100, we offer a free gift of donning gloves precisely to help protect against damage being incurred while donning but you opted not to receive them. In the future, donning gloves are always a good idea.

JUZO sorry to hear there were problems on your end. I will tell you the box and the package which the leggins/stockings which I did recieve were in poor condition. The box was crushed. There was no other information in the box or the mailing package.
If this is how things are shipped from the warehouse "were brand new" never previously opened or shipped out", I would not want anything you ship. These arrived in a damaged crushed box.
As I originally stated full refund nothing else is acceptable. I will take a picture of the box if required. I have offered, now the 4th time, to return the items. Remember it was on your ebd which the issues happened.

This is a repeat order. I didn't think my old ones were sufficient for my impending knee replacement surgery.
They have the best brands of compression stockings as well as the best prices.
Products arrived quickly and were exactly as advertised. I have ordered from this company for 8 years and no problems.
It was wonderful using this company...I have had such hassles in terms of quick service and quality products (even among the same brand) using my local drugstore.
