Review: On ** Oct 2013 I received an order, of 1 Low Pressure Valve Assembly, 1 High Pressure Valve Assembly, and a Valve/Gasket Kit, for my Ingersoll Rand Air Compressor. When I went to install them I notices the reeds were not aligned over the valve plate ports so much so light could be see through one of the port hole of the High Pressure Plate. I contacted the seller by e-mail who finally told me to return them for full refund. I sent them by USPS with Tracking Number [redacted] delivered ** Dec 2013 to [redacted]. Since the parts were deliverd I have not received any response to e-mails, phone call messages or a Fax.Desired Settlement: Refund full purchase price of the Items as they said they would or replace them with serviceable parts.
