To whom it may concern,In reference to Complaint number:*** I would like to give our staffs side of the story for it is quit different from complaints perspective is facts. On 7/2/at 12:17pm based on check in records *** *** Brought an iPhone 5s Black with a screen cracked/damaged
for a screen replacementThe screen was replaced and device put on charge until Mr*** picked up device with replaced screen and fully functional with battery charged on 7/2/at 3:35pm. On 7/05/Customer *** *** dropped in during business hours, came in complaining that his iPhone 5s that had a screen replaced back a few days ago, had quite booting into the Operating system after device was plugged in for rechargeWe agreed to do a diagnostics and find out what is the culprit of this ordeal free of charge out of our goal to provide excellent customer satisfaction and to always treat repeat business with good intention and common sense. In our diagnostics which is performed by our senior technician Oleg with almost a decade of experience with the iPhone product repair it was determined base on the process of elimination that the issue was with in the logic board of the smart Phone. The results of the diagnostics were shared with Mr*** with options provided to gain the customer and provide excellent service and the given needMr*** was given the option to receive credit back for the part at which we could salvage and re use the screen, with labor/tech time withheld to cover our expensesThe view in retrospect of the logic board replacement being cost ineffective based on what the phone was worthMr*** was not pleased and was hoping for a full refund at which I explained that the given circumstance and given result of the diagnostics, that this device was not covered under our company police's warranty for repair or replacement due to the problem unrelated to the repair provided and that the given problem occurred while in his possession at which he affirmed it worked until he had to recharge the phoneThen I proceeded to give Mr*** the option which was to apply full amount spend ($before tax) plus $for his phones remaining good parts as store credit, totaling at $toured an available replacement phone in our stock that he could choose to put the amount toured. Mr*** said that he will leave phone with us and think about it and get back to us as soon as he decides on which option he would entertain. On 7/11/*** *** has come in to discuss matter of the iPhone 5s that she claimed to have ownership of with her husband*** argued with my Sales/Tech staff that phone never worked and that we caused this problemMy assistant (I was not in at that time) explained and reitarated that the phone repair was brought by Mr*** and we have already given the options and spoke with him and that the phone was working and charge when Mr*** picked it up*** left store to come back and talk to me at a latter time. The next day 7/12/I received a phone call from *** appealing to the iPhone 5s ownership and reiterating the options I gave to Mr*** at which she asked for pricing of our T-mobile phone which I gave her, she said she would stop by and talk to me afternoon. Later that day *** and her Husband *** *** came while I was out on lunch breakMy sales assistant Bradley was working with a customer as *** abruptly interrupted him and told him to get meBradley called me and asked when I would be back, I said minutes and headed back to my store. As I arrived, Bradley informed me that *** and *** *** stepped out to a neighboring store in our complexmin later they came backWe started to speak and as I reiterated the options again *** interupted and said one of the phones is overpriced and the rest she did not like which did include a newer iPhone which was priced at $which sold new at $She demanded an iPhone 5s replacement with the notion that we broke her phoneAt this juncture I was not willing to continue this episode and told them I am happy to give them all there money back of $after tax including there phoneI ran to the back of our store where our tech shop is set up and brought out the phone with holding our screen with all the parts and a broken 5s screen that was available in our electronic recycling since *** left the broken screen with us to recycle back when he picked up the first time on 7/2/2015. *** started to say this was not there screen and she will sue me at which I tried explaining that I refuse doing business and refunded full amount and said good buy. *** has made up a story to serve her with much bent facts and anglesShe has posted negative reviews on Yelp and GoogleUsing the same narrative as she submitted to Revdex.com. We refuse to do business with *** and hope the best for her and her family. We will not entertain the idea of replacing her Apple iPhone 5s.Thank you,Alex Fixoid
