He was early, so he managed to take a look around the property and give us an idea of what we were dealing with when we got there. Pete was incredibly thorough throughout the property. He showed us what he was talking about as he was recording it, gave us an idea on how the problem would be remedied, and explained how to prevent further issues. Being that we were looking at an older property it was very appreciated to have someone so candid and honest giving us the home inspection it helped give us a great idea of what we were getting ourselves into, and what work we would have to do to the property over the next 5-10 years as well.
