Reference: [redacted] We have responded to this complaint with a letter, sent certified mail, to the customer A copy of this letter is attached.Dear Mrand Mrs***,We received your complaint through the Revdex.com dated September 21, We pride ourselves on delivering quality installation of a viable, well made productAll of our windows are custom, made to order, specific to your home, so we take great care in doing the job correctly and for a fair price.We apologize for the nail sticking out of one window and some trim issues on anotherWe returned to your home, as soon as agreed upon, to adjust and repair these issuesAt that second installation service appointment, on September 4, 2015, we had scheduled installation of a different window which had been measured incorrectlyThis window arrived damaged from the manufacturer and had to be returned and remadeWe’ve been in touch, letting you know that we will schedule installation of this window when we have received it in good conditionWe made a call to you on September 21, 2015, to schedule and have not received a return call from you regarding this.You also had ordered a pair of French doors with side windowsThese were unpackaged during initial installation and our installers noticed some damage on the framesWe have sent those back to the manufacturer for repair and have made attempts to schedule installing the new doors and windowsYou have expressed that you do not like the doors and do not want themUnfortunately, we cannot cancel custom made product.Your contract was for windows and pair of French doors with side windows, with a purchase price of $The amount payable, once installed is $11,We have had all shipping damage repaired by the manufacturerWe have also corrected the installation and measuring mistakeCurrently we have window and a pair of French doors with side windows on hand and are waiting for you to return our call to schedule installationOnce again, we cannot return or refund custom made product.We have fulfilled our portion of the contract and need to install the remaining items at your earliest convenience.Thank you for your business.Sincerely, [redacted]

Over the past few months we have been working with the manufacturer to resolve warranted items for our customer We have had some difficulty getting in touch with our customer to finalize schedules for remaining services All warranted items were taken care of as of Friday, May 19,
and there are no further issues Customer needs to contact us to remit payment because they have rescinded payment through their credit card company

We’ve been in touch, letting you know that we will schedule installation of this window when we have received it in good condition. We made a call to you on September 21, 2015, to schedule and have not received a return call from you regarding this.You also had ordered a pair of French doors with 2 side windows. Currently we have 1 window and a pair of French doors with 2 side windows on hand and are waiting for you to return our call to schedule installation.
