I am comletely satisfied. I had taken my computer to another shop and they didn't help at all. All they really did was charge me $75 for a anti-virus program I later found out I could have gotten for $20. On top of what they charged to clean my computer. [redacted] didn't try to sell me something. He cleaned and tuned up my computer for $49 and now it's working fine. He did it all in 3 days, instead of the week the other place did. If I ever need repairs again I'll go to [redacted].

[redacted] took one day and my computer is running the fastest I ever seen it--as if it's brand new! He could have sold me a computer, but instead, he helped me fix the one I had. And for $50! I'm amazed. And grateful! Great work, great service!
