Review: I took a laptop there to be repaired back in october of last year, first I was told it needed a new motherboard and it was on back order. They told me they would call me when it came in. I waited 3 weeks called back and didnt get an answer, I called every day for two weeks and finally got ahold of his daughter in January and they told me that they recieved the wrong part and had to return it and get the correct one. They also stated they needed 250.00 for the part to be shipped, I paid the money and waited a couple more weeks and called them and was told the owner was out of town for a couple weeks, They never contacted me and everytime I called I got a different story, I told them I just wanted the laptop back and the lady said I would have to talk to the owner, that never happened because I couldnt get ahold of them. I heard a couple months later that they fixed and sold my computer to someone else!!Desired Settlement: I would like to get the 250.00 they got from selling my laptop without my permission!!!!

Review: I bought the computer on Sep 28. On September1st it failed to turn on. I brought the computer back on September 2nd. Which I was informed it would be repaired. On Sept 15 I called and asked what was up with the computer. I was told it was in process of being repaired. On September 26 I called to ask what was going on. I was informed on that day it needed a new mother board. I waited till Nov 3rd till I Called again. I was informed that she would give him a day or give back money. I waited the day. Then went in on Nov 5 to get money. The women kept giving me back talk on issues. Then told me I have to wait till the owner gets a new power core. That if I wanted money back I had to talk to owner. I called at 12:30, 3:30 and 3:55 and did not get answer. I lefty a message. The owner has yet contacted me on issue. I keep getting it needs a different part each time I contact them. The computer been there for over two months.Desired Settlement: I have waited over 8 weeks to get my computer repaired. The computer was in a constant state of repair. It was sold defective and I would like my money back.
