Fraud Company - Not responsive
I purchased a replacement sat cell from their distributor Poolsupplyunlimited.com. The cell I purchased lasted less than 2 months, when I contacted Poolsupplyunlimited, they told me they don't warrant any of the products they sell, and that I had to contact Compupool direct. I have been trying to contact them for 2 months, have filled their Warranty form twice and I get no confirmation email. The company is out of Australia, so you can't really call them or sue them. They don't answer their live chat either, or respond to emails. So DO NOT buy CompuPool products the are a SCAM company. And also, stay away from PoolSupplyunlimited.com, the are also a scam, since they will not stand behind the garbage they sell.
