I have been a CompuSolve customer for over eight years, since its establishment when the business started in the garage of one of the co-ownersRecently I needed a laptop looked at and repaired if necessaryUpon calling CompuSolve's main number I was greeted by an energetic receptionist who was not well rehearsed in the business nor the business' location and how to get thereI don't want to fault the eager receptionist, because perhaps she was new to the job, but she certainly was not able to answer my many questions and concerns and didn't even offer to get an answer for meWhat bothered me the most with my interaction with the receptionist was her inability to give me even a general idea of cross streets where the office was located! Upon dropping off the laptop, I was approached by another employee who spent some time explaining some new business venture they are trying with a free phone and serviceAll I wanted was to drop my laptop off and have it looked at! Anyhow, my laptop was diagnosedI NEVER received a call saying it had been looked at, what was wrong with it, or when I could pick it upNOTHING! I had to call late on a Friday afternoon to find out it could be picked upNot a very good business practiceUpon picking it up, the gentleman working was very friendly, did an amazing job explaining what was wrong with the laptop and offered me a few options for moving forward repairing it or purchasing a new laptopI left with my laptop and was feeling a little more positive about this business all because of this one enthusiastic and knowledgeable employeeI decided to purchase a new laptopI called CompuSolve on a Monday morning to discuss a price quoteI was quickly given a rough idea of what a new laptop would cost thanks to the receptionistApparently she wasn't listening when I said I not only needed to know the cost of a laptop, but I also needed process for data transfer, an external hard drive and a few specific requests and programs I needed for the new laptopWhen she finally took the time to listen to what I was saying, she said she would have someone call me to discuss my needsFour days later, still no phone callI call CompuSolve Thursday morning, ask to speak with one of the owners (I asked for him by name), and the over zealous receptionist informs me he is not inI ask if he has voicemail and she says noSo I have to leave a message (oh boy, I wonder if he will actually get the message) with her and tell her my call is in regards to some problems I am havingShe offers to help, but I said I needed to speak with him directlyA few hours later I received a call from the owner and expressed my concerns and how all I wanted at this point was a price quoteHe assured me someone would get back to me to discuss pricing and a quoteThree business days later, still no phone callIt is sad to see a company who used to give their customers (no matter how small) personal attention, and would return phone calls, push the little guys out for the bigger and more profitable businessesI would not recommend this business to anyoneGood customer service goes a long way and unfortunately, this company no longer possesses these skills

We have previously attached all our documentation on this case and have nothing new to provideThe complainant hasn't been satisfied with any of our responses; we have done all we can for this complainant and have no further response,

Good Morning ***,This is the first that I’m aware of *** *** complaint I never received this to my email as noted below. Not wanting unhappy customers or citizens, when we receive calls complaining about our flyer service, we address it immediately with the service The service has no way of knowing which exact residence does not wish to receive a flyer and if a person calls, we apologize and ask them to simply discard the flyer Our service guarantees us that they NEVER put a flyer in a mailbox They most times fold it and tuck it somewhere on the pole. If there is another way to handle the matter, we would be more than happy to comply We trust this addresses the citizen’s complaint. Thank you Mrs M***CompusolveUSA, Inc.***

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
The last response I viewed from them was asking advise from Revdex.com, on how to resolve. Do they not know how to treat their customers?
They have offered Nothing for their Non-Service. I would like to see a refund from them, they did NOTHING for their outrageous charge. The other technician (that fixed my printer & fax) even had to fix my fax after their guy didn't hook the other printer up correctly.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Compusolve’s previous response – which is to do nothing IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.   They DID NOT comply with anything I requested by 1. NOT fixing my printer and charging $128?  What they are saying is they COULD have charged $180 for doing NOTHING is absurd!!  Is that supposed to make me feel better about them??  The technician hooked up my old printer which STILL did NOT work and it knocked out my fax.  Thank You Very Much!!  He also said that he had just told a previous customer to get a new printer.  Is that ALL they do?  RIP people off???
2.  Another computer serviceman comes in and fixes my previous printer in half an hour and charges a reasonable $50 for service actually completed.  How come he could fix it AND also charge something reasonable?  If Compusolve can't fix, they need a cutoff point, and then charge a reasonable fee for NON-SERVICE.
3.  The reason the Consumer Protection case was closed was because my investigator left and Compusolve was going to do NOTHING.
Is there something wrong with this picture??  Compusolveis then SO Arrogant to say they can’t return any of my fee?  GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION guys!!  What if they tried??  A novel idea.

I have been a CompuSolve customer for over eight years, since its establishment when the business started in the garage of one of the co-owners. Recently I needed a laptop looked at and repaired if necessary. Upon calling CompuSolve's main number I was greeted by an energetic receptionist who was not well rehearsed in the business nor the business' location and how to get there. I don't want to fault the eager receptionist, because perhaps she was new to the job, but she certainly was not able to answer my many questions and concerns and didn't even offer to get an answer for me. What bothered me the most with my interaction with the receptionist was her inability to give me even a general idea of cross streets where the office was located!
Upon dropping off the laptop, I was approached by another employee who spent some time explaining some new business venture they are trying with a free phone and service. All I wanted was to drop my laptop off and have it looked at!
Anyhow, my laptop was diagnosed. I NEVER received a call saying it had been looked at, what was wrong with it, or when I could pick it up. NOTHING! I had to call late on a Friday afternoon to find out it could be picked up. Not a very good business practice.
Upon picking it up, the gentleman working was very friendly, did an amazing job explaining what was wrong with the laptop and offered me a few options for moving forward repairing it or purchasing a new laptop. I left with my laptop and was feeling a little more positive about this business all because of this one enthusiastic and knowledgeable employee.
I decided to purchase a new laptop. I called CompuSolve on a Monday morning to discuss a price quote. I was quickly given a rough idea of what a new laptop would cost thanks to the receptionist. Apparently she wasn't listening when I said I not only needed to know the cost of a laptop, but I also needed process for data transfer, an external hard drive and a few specific requests and programs I needed for the new laptop. When she finally took the time to listen to what I was saying, she said she would have someone call me to discuss my needs.
Four days later, still no phone call. I call CompuSolve Thursday morning, ask to speak with one of the owners (I asked for him by name), and the over zealous receptionist informs me he is not in. I ask if he has voicemail and she says no. So I have to leave a message (oh boy, I wonder if he will actually get the message) with her and tell her my call is in regards to some problems I am having. She offers to help, but I said I needed to speak with him directly.
A few hours later I received a call from the owner and expressed my concerns and how all I wanted at this point was a price quote. He assured me someone would get back to me to discuss pricing and a quote. Three business days later, still no phone call.
It is sad to see a company who used to give their customers (no matter how small) personal attention, and would return phone calls, push the little guys out for the bigger and more profitable businesses.
I would not recommend this business to anyone. Good customer service goes a long way and unfortunately, this company no longer possesses these skills.
