The printer was damaged by FedEx not us
We did everything we could to assist the customer; however, we had to
comply by FedEx regulations We had made daily calls to FedEx to try to
resolve it quicker Even that FedEx is taking too long, Computek Warranty
went beyond for
Ms***to assist her and offer her resolution that she
accepted and is happy with We strive to provide outstanding customer
service and hope to earn her business again

I am rejecting this response because:We can't trust this company or recommend it to any other businesses. Today, we have received a "new" Epson printer, shipped and paid for by Computek Warranty. We were under the impression this unit would ship directly from the manufacturer, Epson. Instead it was shipped from Computek Warranty - a concern for us. Obviously, we don't trust this company to do anything but have poor *** *** parrot about their wonderful customer service. We've taken pictures of the packaging, exterior and interior because there is one cardboard compartment which is empty and we're not sure what goes there, if anythingI'm contacting Epson to make sure we've received the whole package. We'll also test the printer to see if it's operable. At that point, we will contact the Revdex.com to close this matter. Please flag this business as a caution to any businesses considering doing business with them.Unfortunately, Computek Warranty brought this situation on themselves for ignoring our company, causing financial harm (we've had to shut down two online shops while trying to get a printer) while they fight it out with FedEx

In response to Ms *** comment. She had shipped her printer for
service. We fixed her unit and returned
it back to her in working condition; however, it was damaged by FedEx in the
shipping. We went out of the way for
the customer and still dealing with FedEx which still not doing anything about
it
Computek Warranty went above and beyond for Ms***. She
had used out of warranty printerComputek Warranty had purchased a replacement
for her. We not only provided her a
replacement printer but the printer that we provided is brand new one with one
full manufacturer warranty Ms***
had contacted our office herself in regards to concern that printer was out of
stock from Epson. We’ve explained to
her that we have located the printer from authorized Epson distributor and had
ordered the printer. Nothing was
removed from the box. Epson replaces
under warranty units with refurbished printers without cartridges. We have provided this customer with brand new
printer, the whole new set of cartridges and a full one year warranty.
It was a replacement printer and customer is
expecting to receive a whole lot of extra stuff. Damages were not caused by Computek but FedEx
during shipping. Customer got a lot more
than what she had and it still not good enough for her. Computek went above and beyond to help the
customer. Customer had agreed to close
the case after we purchase her a replacement printer; however, she went back on
her agreement because she thinks something is missing but has no idea what it
is. She also assumed printer will be
dropped shipped directly from Epson even that she herself confirmed that Epson
did not have any of them in stock. It seems to us that there is nothing we could
do to please this customer
