processed the request for a replacement copy, which generated the "out of stock" postcard being mailed, prior to the address correction . Due to an oversight, the CSR did not notice that the Mar/Apr mail files had already selected on 01/26/17 , and the issue would mail to the original address. When the customer informed us that she did not receive the Mar/Apr issue the CSR requested a replacement copy, however, when our inventor y is depleted, then a postcard was generated and her account was extended accordingly . The May/June 2017 issue mailed April 20, 2017 , and should be arriving any day, if it has not already. We have extended her account for all missed issues, and I am sending her the missed copies with the enclosed letter.
