I am rejecting this response because:I wasn’t even home during this carpet cleaning, so to say they explained anything to me is ludicrous. I took a photo while the carpet was still wet, and it’s not a wear pattern. The problem is that 6 areas were cleaned in 30 minutes and they didn’t do a good job. Then they didn’t even address my concerns when I called and emailed. The company and their customer service is awful.
