Thank you for your letter addressing a customer complaint.In reference to case number [redacted] the issue has been resolved. As you will see, the client did indeed receive a full refund. The delay occurred as the original credit card the customer used to make a payment was closed and she had obtained...
a new credit card.When we were able to acquire the new card information from the customer we made a full refund. Again thank you for all that you do at the Revdex.com.
