Foundation Recovery Systems came out to our house to give us a quote on a foundation repair we needed on Dec28, Before signing the contract, I asked their employee how far out they were scheduling and he said they were 6-weeks out right at that timeI signed the contract and then we called to make the actual appointment and discovered they were really weeks outMy appointment was scheduled for March 23, That morning we got a call saying that they were running late because the job before us took longer than expected and eventually they showed up over five hours lateWhen the employee arrived, he said our job was not a one-day indoor job, but a two-day outdoor job and that they did not have time to complete it and leftThe office called and said that the employee that came to our house was wrong and the rescheduled us for April 12, We never heard from them and at 10:on April 12th we called and were told the job before us was taking longer than expected and

I hired this company to stabilize my living and dining room floorsI had doors that didn't close anymore and a crack in the ceiling along a new wallMy floor was uneven and sloped almost inches When someone walked across the floor the tv would bounce The salesman that came to the house assured me that putting piers under the main beam will fix my problemsHe didn't not promised to raise the floor the whole inches but to the best they could
When the work was finished ....they raised the center beam up 1/inchesI now have doors that will close againThey did nothing for the other two doors or the bounce in the floors or the crack in the ceilingWhen I complained the salesman came out a week later and we talked and he said they could put piers and beams under other parts of the floor to remove the bounce and stabilize the span of the floorHe said he would have to talk to his manager the following Monday and would call meWhen I didn't hear from him by Wednesda

I got my foundation done at the end of January beginning of FebruaryWe had this business come out to stop the house from shifting and moving so that we could remodelI paid this business $13,but my home is still shiftingI can barely close my front door, and I have cracks above the door and in my dining roomThe area where they did the work in the basement the floor is sinking inI called Chris Vanderpool and he came out to the house last week Thursday or FridayHe did some measurements and said he would contact me with a solutionHe contacted me telling me that it would cost me an additional $8,00-$9,to fix the problemI received a warranty with the original work that indicates they would come back out and fix anything that went wrong

I called them in August for an estimate on fixing my back porchThe salesperson of course assured me that they would be able to fix my problemAfter signing the contract the actual contractor expressed some doubt that he could fix my problem, but I was never offered an option to cancel the dealOf course after a few hours of working on it he basically said he couldn’t fix itI knew they had spent some time so I asked if they could just keep the $deposit and call it evenThey decided to charge me $moreSo over $overall to not fix my problemI know due to the fine print in the contract that I have no legal recourseBut this group cares more about every little penny than their reputationHardly the way they advertised themselves
