I received a letter from Co-Operative Adjustment Bureau, Incstating that I owe Saf Keep Storage $I never had anything in storage nor do I live around that area, when I asked for more information the girl tells me she can not give me any informationBut yet they are stating that I owe them money, what sense does that even make? When I stated that this conversation is being recorded because this seems like fraudThe girl freaks out and hung upA few days pass and I just received another letter in the mail stating that 'My account is under review and actions may be taken against me, CALL AT ONCE!!' What type of business is this when I call to speak to a supervisor the receptionist I guess tells me that no supervisor is here and hung up in my faceWhen I call back to ask when a supervisor will be in she hung up again, by this time I'm pissed because this is very rude and I can not speak to anyoneI called back the girl just transfer me to some guy named *** who is just as r
I have contacted Co- Operative Ad for the past months in regards to a collection account that has been placed on my credit under their nameI have yet to get a response from them and the unknown account remains on my credit damaging my credit ratingI was never contacted before the account was placed and I don't know who the original creditor isI do also have a police report on file with my local police departmentHowever, I am not sure if this is a fraudulent entry or a mistakeI was never contacted by them so I don't know

Attn: Adjustment , The last correspondence I sent your company on 9-2-pertained to a demand for validationYour company has failed to provide me validation of the account and at the same time persevered with reporting the account on my credit report as a valid accountThis is a blatant violation of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA Sec 809)Hence, I hereby declare my intent to bring suit against your company under the regulations, due to your continued collection activity and failure to remove the account from my credit report
I will be honest I have owed this company for a long timeFinally today had the courage to callIn the past my experiences with the staff were negetiveBut the man who helped me today was so kind and understandingBe bent over backwards to help me get what I neededIn turn, gave the company what they needed- a payment to settle my accountI started off in tears and ended having the best day in a long timethe man faxed me a letter to confirm the payment & that the company would remove my collectionNow I can finally rent from a decent property management company! Thank you for your help!
I was wary of dealing with a Collection Agency because of what I have read on the Internet, but *** (manager) was no problem and he even gave me a discount on some interest that had accumulatedMy Credit score went up points since I settled this old bill with them
