My son purchased a used laptop from this store that had issues with IP address generation from day one and as such, could not connect on our home WiFi and other locations frequentlyAll in all, we returned times for resolution but were told that nothing could be done as the computer connected on the store networkOn the final time the owner informed me that he could come to our house for a fee whereas I replied that I would not have a problem paying a fee if the issue is with our home equipment (I knew it was not due to the fact that there are other wireless devices that use the same WiFi without incident) I would have no issue paying a service fee, however if the issue is with the laptop I would expect the owner to service the product he sells accordinglyAt this point, the owner roughly shut the laptop and told myself and my son to get out of his store and shouted obscenities at usIn all fairness, the laptop was beyond the day warranty period at the time of the last incident, however it was brought to the owner's attention at least times during the warranty period and we were told there was nothing he could do if he couldn't get it to malfunction at his store The lack of professionalism displayed in our final visit to this store is appalling at best and even prior to that, the product support was uselessThe only positive note is that the owner is willing to negotiate pricing on used equipmentThe negatives associated with follow up service far outweigh the few dollars you may save
