Dear Mike, I just want you to know how much I appreciate the work your team has done. You
gave me a set up that would work for my arthritic fingers. Dave has just given my
lap top a check up for any virus that I would not be able to detect. But I want to thank
Andrew so much for all the help he has given me when I needed help with updates.
because I am not very good on a computer, just basics. But Andrew has shown such
patience and knowledge of my lap top, sight unseen. I tell him if he is busy I can call
back and he says no, I am just as important as any other client you have. So I want to
let you know you have the best people working for you who not only are willing to help all the time, but have the best manners, patience and knowledge. I highly
recommend them, in fact I did. Sent my daughter to them and sent a neighbor
who ended up buying a computer there, I always feel credit should be given and

Complaint[redacted] attempted to sell me a new computer for $1,100 indicating my was unrepairable, it was fixed for less than $75.00, all it needed was a hard drive[redacted] attempted to build and sell me a new computer for $1,100 indicating my was unrepairable, it was fixed for less than $75.00, all it needed was a hard drive. I was charged $185.00 for malware programs and initially told that's what was wrong with it. When I got it home there was no difference in its operation. Took it back and that's when I was told It was not worth repairing, and the owner, [redacted], attempted to sell me a new one, that he would build it for me when all it needed was a new hard drive. My son's[redacted] year old opened the computer up and for $75.00 replaced a hard drive he bought at Best Buy. I asked [redacted] for the $185.00 back, but all he could offer me is to take it off the price if I bought a new computer from him at $1,100. I was billed $185.00 for nothing on October 15, 2013, and the Invoice number is [redacted]. The only other information I have is it is Computer Central, 697 Main Street, Holden, MA. (508) 829-0000.
