I am rejecting this response because:due to the delay in response, the item has been replaced. A full refund of the money paid for the service that was not performed is now due.
I was clearly explained at the initial request that if item could not be repaired then I would not wish to proceed and spend money on a defective unit rather I would purchase new. Not only did I have to pay $250 to computer connections but then still had to purchase a new computer that has speakers, no viruses and legal software installed.

You picked up your repaired computer and changed your home to be across 4 state boarders and 800 miles away from us. What you are asking drives up costs for all other customers. We want to help you and can solve your complaint if you will only work with us. In fact, we have just now set up remote technical support to be given you by the telephone and can possibly make you satisfied. Please give us an opportunity to do so. And, no, it is not illegal software, it is as of this date, unregistered to you at and by [redacted].
