I signed up for a free membership on DiversityBusiness.comI was assigned member number XXXXXXXI found out that my personal information was listed in the National Supplier Registration (NSR) databaseNSR is part of DiversityBusiness.com and Computer Consulting Associates InternationalAccording to the DiversityBusiness.com privacy policy, it says that customer information will not be distributed to any of our affiliates or third partiesAfter finding out my information was distributed without me knowing about it on April 16th, 2013, I sent a signature required letter on April 18th, to [redacted]The letter was mailed USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation and had a tracking number of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXOn April 20th, a notice was left for the recipient to pick up the itemdays later, on April 25th, a second notice was leftdays later, on May 5th, a third and final notice was leftThe item was returned to me on May 7th, and I received the returned item on May 9thIn the letter I sent to [redacted], I requested that my profiles with my member number XXXXXXX be removed on both DiversityBusiness.com and NSR as well as any other affiliate's websites which you own, or control or do business withIn addition, in the letter, I requested that a letter be sent to me in the US mail that says my profiles have been removed from both the DiversityBusiness.com, NSR and any other websites that your business may operate or affiliated withDesired Settlement: Per what was said in the detailed complaint above, I would like any and all information associated with member number XXXXXXX deleted from the DiversityBusiness, NSR and any other websites that CCAI operates, controls, does business, or is directly affiliated with
I am also requesting a letter be sent to me in the US mail that states the following:
"Any and all information associated with member number XXXXXXX has been deleted from the DiversityBusiness, NSR and any other websites that CCAI operates, controls, does business, or is directly affiliated with."
The letter is to be sent to me via First Class Mail service at the following address:
