I am stating a complaint concerning computer credit, Inc. they are trying to tell me that my payment is past due, which it is not I was with Aspen dental, they did an exam I need dentures, my insurance carrier refused to pay it, and the dental office refused a payment plan for me to get upper dentures, the dental office sends bill, which 1 I pay the first of the month 2. I have never been past due to begin with, 3 now you people are contacting me stating I am past due. 4 which I am not. the dental office has records that I have been paying this debt. and I am paying on an exam for denture work they will not due, my last payment was May 4th 2018 I wrote a personal check and sent promptly, I am not past due not at all and if this harassment does not stop I will contact my lawyer, make no bones about this. I owe an amount of $77.00 from an amount of $192.00 so this indicates I am paying and not past due. your business practices are very dishonest, to say the least I have no intention of paying late charges when I am not late, shore up your companies practices Harolyn Allison
Review: I received a letter today, June 12, 2015, from Computer Credit Inc dated June 8, 2015 Stating that an overdue balance(141.76) with [redacted] Health Presbyterian Hospital [redacted] has been referred to Computer Credit, Inc. I never received a statement from [redacted] Health Presbyterian Hospital [redacted] ever! This letter does not provide a date of service, services performed, etc. I am disabled and retired for 12 years. I am on Medicare and also carry full coverage through BlueCross/Blue Shield of [redacted]. I have never received any statement requesting payment and having Medicare and BC/BS I never expected to receive such a statement. Please provide a detailed explanation of services and why I'm being billed for this amount.Sincerely, [redacted], TXDesired Settlement: Until a full explanation of services rendered and by whom, and when, as well as to why Medicare and BC/BS has not covered these charges, this amount will be considered as still in dispute.

I am rejecting this response because: today, June 17. 2015, I received a telephone call, according to my caller id number, from [redacted] Health Business Office, at ###-###-####. My husband answered the call and I listened in. Listened in is hardly appropriate, because no one said anything to us and we listened to dead silence for five minutes. No conversation with [redacted] Health took place. It appears that [redacted] Health didn't heed your request to provide us with some kind of evidence that we incurred these charges. We requested written evidence in the form of a statement or explanation of benefits, that references my husband's information, dates of services, and CPT (Current Procedure Terminology) and ICD 9 codes (International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems), and a copy the HCFA 1500 sent to Medicare and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of [redacted]. All correspondence from [redacted] Health must be in written form; nothing telephonically will be accepted, as many scams are perpetrated on the elderly via telephone calls which unfortunately leave the duped victims without any evidence or recourse.
