After purchasing a faulty used smartphone from this business, I attempted to resolve via my mobile carrier phone tech support as the seller directed me to do soOnce the mobile carrier tech support determined they have done everything they could and suggested I take back to point of sale, I did just thatThe seller was adamant about diagnosing the problem before refunding my moneyI foolishly agreedThe next day he would not cooperate with me and kept telling me he hasn't had time to look at yet and hung up on me twiceWhen I asked why he did this he denied it and told me the customer he was with could even vouch for himI demanded my money back and he hung up on me again! He then texted me and told me that he will be reporting my poor handling of the situation to my employer and I was not welcome at his storeI had to file a police report in order to attempt to retrieve my refundWorst customer interaction ever, DON'T EVEN CONSIDER GOING HERE
