I am rejecting this response because:Contray to the business response, payment in full does not constitute full accept and the firm's disregard for the month warranty period, the ** rejected the work, the additional work requested by the ** was minor and for the record we would even have considered paying extra if Swedes Roofing had been the slightest bit cooperative, however, their arrogant and obnoxious attitude and response was unprofessional and inappropriate. The Revdex.com just needs to review the companies response, they have no intention of honoring their work, they are the typical "take the money and run"organization*** paid in full to show good faith and honor the contract, unfortunately Sweedes did not, in hindsight we should have withheld a portion of their payment until the warranty expired

Attention: *** *** Vice President Dispute Resolution and Operations Subject: ID #*** Date: 02/12/2018 We fulfilled our contract with the customer by completing the repairs they agreed to at the *** HospitalThey then inspected the repairs and paid in full (meaning they were satisfied with the work). Over a year later the customer is claiming to have issues with the work they had inspected and passed. In regard to the slanderous allegations, Swede’s Roofing, Incis in fact a reputable business that has been in business for over years and has an A+ rating with the Revdex.com. [redacted] [redacted]I have never read a more untrue,falsely fabricated response, they we contracted by [redacted], [redacted] was the on site superintendent. They were given plans and specifications to follow which they obviously ignored, They were paid in full by [redacted]( it's comical he says who is [redacted]?)  This firm is not reputable and does not honor the work they were contracted to perform, let the record reflect the above and warn the public consumers both public an d private to avoid this firm at all costs.[redacted]
