I agree with the previous review, zero rating, this business is Un-Trustworthy and DishonestI was told by the owner that the modem I was purchasing from him was all I needed When I tried to connect it, the modem COinformed that the modem I purchased was obsolete and they would not assist me it trying to connect itThis was weeks before ChristmasI needed to get onlineThis was the only modem The Computer Doctor store hadI had to purchase another one at another storeAfter Christmas I tried to return the DEFECTIVE/OBSOLEATE modem and the owner stated â we can get you another oneâ Since I had already purchased another one this was not an optionDonâ t shop here

I have been working with Computer Doctor since 2011. Their staff is very IT knowledgeable, service oriented, and courteous. This company has been an invaluable computer, internet resource for me and I highly recommend them.

I agree with the previous review, zero rating, this business is Un-Trustworthy and Dishonest. I was told by the owner that the modem I was purchasing from him was all I needed. When I tried to connect it, the modem CO. informed that the modem I purchased was obsolete and they would not assist me it trying to connect it. This was 2 weeks before Christmas. I needed to get online. This was the only modem The Computer Doctor store had. I had to purchase another one at another store. After Christmas I tried to return the DEFECTIVE/OBSOLEATE modem and the owner stated “we can get you another one”. Since I had already purchased another one this was not an option. Don’t shop here

I had a great experience with Computer Doctor. The person who assisted me was so helpful abs she seemed eager to help me. She made me feel like my computer problems was the most important thing to her. The customer service and the repair time was outstanding. The price was reasonable too.I will be taking all of my future computer problems to them and I will be recommending all of my family, friends, associates, and coworkers. Thanks, Computer Doctor, for the wonderful experience.

I HAVE USED YOUR BUSINESS OFF AND ON FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND I
AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED. I RECENTLY HAD A PROBLEM WITH BRIGHTHOUS E ABOUT NEW MODEMS THEY WERE INSTALLING IN HOMES IN THIS AREA AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET ON THE INTERNET AND THEIR EMPLOYEES COULD
NOT FIGURE OUT WHY SO YOUR COMPANY EMPLOYEE FIGURED IT OUT AND CALLED THEM AND THEY CAME OUT AFTER 11 DAYS OF TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT AND TOOK HER ADVICE AND PUT THE RIGHT PART ON MY COMPUTER BUT CHARGED ME $100 TO FIX IT. SO I BLAME BRIGHTHOUSE FOR THE LONG DELAY.
