Review: Mr. [redacted] is the owner of Computer ER, INC in Missoula, MT.He used to be the primary system administrator for [redacted] in Polson MT as part of a contract that his company had with them, and he billed the organization monthly for services.Due to a disagreement in billing, he decided that he no longer wished to function in that role and he severed the relationship with them. As a part of the transition, he was to turn over all network information to my organization so that we could continue supporting [redacted] in his absence.Mr. [redacted] has withheld information related logging in to systems that he setup. He is not responsive to requests for the information and provided information that inaccurate and missing key details.Desired Settlement: I would like Mr. [redacted] to respond to my repeated requests for information.
