I have not received an email from them and only changed my number two weeks ago, so they are being untruthfulI did receive a note from their customer service and PROVIDED THEM WITH MY NEW NUMBER on Dec * and I have not one missed call from even an unknown numberThey have not reached outI have not received any further attempt from any of them.I will contact them AGAIN though I had attempted to contact them no less then five times before filing this complaint, both by email and by phone - each time being ignored (email) or told they were unavailable and would call me back (which they never did)

Again what the seller showed "*** *** ** *** *** *** *** ***" is correct. That does not mean the buyer is paying the commissionIt states that 15% is deducted from the payment of the buyer which was done and because she did not understand this as a courtesy we sent her a check even though we would take a loss on the transactionBuyer pays for shipping from us to them The seller is responsible to ship the item to us for verification, they do not get reimbursed for that expenseMoney was not deducted in anyway from the check for shippingFor accounting purposes we add the $on top of the total and deduct thatFor example if an item sold for $when we send the check we show a total of $for accounting purposes which is the shipping the buyer pays to ship the item from the company to them and thus why deductedWe have been in business for years and have operated exactly the same since inceptionWe have sold thousands upon thousands of items through those years and have sent out payment exactly the same way which any of our sellers from years back would contest to

Although this error was due to a shipping issue, and not the fault of I Do Now I Don't, we have taken every step to resolve this*** and IDNID have come to an amicable resolution

Customer was called and this item was already sent back to the company and I see the money was already returned to the buyer. We did have the item checked again by 3 different gemologists and had it sent to an independent diamond lab and all said the diamond was exactly as described and came back...

with the same results. Although this is resolved we do feel the buyer made this excuse just to return the item because he did not like it as the item was triple checked again after the return. The company has also sold over 45,000 pieces of jewelry with no issues.

To Whom it may concern,As a business that deals with thousands of consumer annually, we take very serious the responsibility our clients place in us. We are in fact more proud of the fact that we are better known for our positive reputation, than for our business success. This doesn't mean that...

issues never arise, this is impossible when dealing with multitudes of people and transactions daily. However, they are extremely rare, and are almost always due to misunderstandings that are easily resolved. We do this through immediate and open communication, and because as a business, we do what needs to be done to make our clients happy. In all of our years in business we have never written an email of this kind. We are doing so for the first time because what has been stated is blatantly false and easily vetted as so in our Terms & Conditions and How it Works Page. Our businesses value is based on our brand, which is our reputation, and we need to aggressively defend our reputation, when what's being said isn't true. The persons statement is that she is unhappy because the disclaimer said that the commission is taken from the buyer and not the seller. The actual fact is that from the day we launched our business the commission we charged, has always been charged to the seller. Our Terms & Conditions clearly state that, and have always stated that, which is of course simple to prove. To prove the old axiom of no good deed going unpunished; when we learned of the clients unhappiness due to their misreading of our terms, we made the decision to reimburse her for the commission that she was supposed to pay. In fact we sent her $10 more, just to assuage her. The next thing we hear is this complaint to the Revdex.com, that she was also not supposed to be charged for shipping. Again, our Terms & Conditions CLEARLY state that sellers are responsible for shipping their item to us. The buyers shipping amount of $39.95 is standard cost for the buyer to receive their item from our offices. Please see the link to both our Terms & Conditions, as well as to our How it Works page on our site, which clearly states all i've outlined above. We are writing because we would like what is false and potentially damaging to our business to be taken down. Yes, we did receive a check from your company paying back the original COMMISSION of $70.00. It was not $80.00 as previously stated, I will provide proof that the check was $70.00, and no additional $10.00 was granted. Either way, and long story short, I was charged $39.99 for shipping, and never got those funds reimbursed to me. I noticed that the company completely switched their terms and conditions as well. As you can see, the updated terms on their website show the buyer and shipper roles reversed. So, I received a commission of $69.00, along with the check amount of $395.01. This brings my total up to $465.00. So, the TOTAL amount of income generated on this sale was $465.00 when it should have been $504.99, to reimburse my shipping costs. As it stands, I appreciate NIDNID for sending the promised commssion but right now, I paid for this customers free shipping. I never received the money for shipping, plain and simple. Did the customer pay for shipping as well? It begs the question whether or not NIDNID is double charging customers for shipping. Thank You.

 This claim was closed by the Revdex.com due to the businesses failure to respond, and now there is a response almost 4 months later? I never claimed I was not paid, as I stated in my claim I was not paid according to the terms clearly outlined by the business.  Not ONCE was I contacted by IDNID after sending my ring to them,  I 100% was not paid within the time lines clearly set out by this business, guarantees that are clearly outlined on their website.  For numerous days I was told my payment had been processed and MAILED, when in fact the check had not even been printed yet.  I do not understand why I would be billed for expedited shipping to be more efficient in having your company receive something from me, yet it's not expected of the business to actually pay for the item when stated.  Again, I am asking to be refunded the commission from my sale along with the expedited shipping charge. [redacted]

 Written rules are always set in stone, you wrote yours.  "[redacted]" It does mean exactly what is written. There is no courtesy when you returned what you are not supposed to take from me. Please understand one thing, this is never going to be resolved unless you returned $39.99 of my money that you overcharged. You understand that I have a copy of your rules before when you changed them on April * 2016. There are other ways ex. Texas has attorney general. Thank you[redacted].
