We are writing in response of a letter by Revdex.com against a dispute file by Mr*** *** on Computer GarageOur dispute resolution team is reaching out to Mr*** and trying to withdraw the disputes, but we would like to put up few points which will help us to understand the current status and the previous background of the particular orderIn Regards to Mr*** ***,we haven't charged the 44card yet because after the service we maintain round of follow up calls in regards to the computer support service we provided but despite our efforts we couldn't contact mr *** so we figured out high chances of dispute.We at Computer garage believe in customer assistance and trust at all times we would request Revdex.com to enquire regarding the payment made by Mr *** and is the charge hi lighting under name of computer garage on his statementwe are a 24xtechnical help desk for computers and with rigorous online marketing we managed to be highlighted as a Tech support service company online.Mr *** located our number on the internet and we provided clean up service on his computer and later he decided to sigh up for one time pay multiple years warranty contract of years with us where by paying $he can avail unlimited technical help-suggestion-fix of his registered computer over the phone with customer service repsAfter receiving a confirmation about this particular order we have decided not to go ahead with the charge and no further technical support service will be offered by us.We hope it helps because we being a company mainly doing the operations with live customers we believe in maintaining the support and customer satisfaction to the highest we will make all our effort to reach out but to put things clearer we haven't billed Mr *** *** for the services we offered him and in future he will not see any charge by usThank you
