Mrs [redacted] denied the recommended service for her computers. She approved the work that was done and never contacted us for several months as is stated on the work authorization and approval form. When she did contact us she was very abusive...

and threatening all while we were keeping a completely professional attitude and maintained that we are just trying to help her. When she did not get what she wanted which was to yell and scream at how it never worked and it was all our fault, and after several attempts to patiently explain that it was most likely that her computers were infected from downloads and other software changes as that is the way software is designed, she only became more abusive and threatened us and our home. We simply had to disconnect the contact after last phone contact with Mrs [redacted].
We look forward to helping anyone who appreciates all the hard work we do to make technology better than new as we treat it all like our own.
