1) Customer dropped off computer for installation.
Diagnostic
1) CPU incompatible with MB BIOS Revision. Unable to FLASH to revision needed.
Estimate
1) No new motherboard available.
2) Used motherboard available, advanced replacement required. Meaning that motherboard is shipped off to vender, they inspect and ship the motherboard needed for you CPU. The standard shipping time is anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks.
3) Cost of the refurbished systemboard is $162.34 plus tax and labor of $65

1) Customer came in expecting computer to be repaired and apologized for not making it in earlier. I explained to customer the problem with the processor which he was not happy about and offered a refund minus shipping and labor costs. The customer agreed to replace the part via dell warranty. We agreed to waive the labor charge for installation of the new processor. Customer paid $108.23 of $230.

1) Unable to customer.
2) Amount owed on laptop $127.32
3) Removed CPU for resale and replaced with original CPU to recoup cost. CPU sold for $90
4) Updated total due on laptop $37.32
5) Laptop will remain at shop for 30 days at which time Computer Guru will recycle your system.
Summary
Customer brought computer in for hard drive copy. Services were completed same day. He was offered a processor upgrade which he bought. The processor arrived and the customer dropped off, repairs were completed the same day. The customers board had a defect/damage that required replacement for repair. The board was ordered and installed. The new CPU would not work in the work in the new board due to either defect or damage by original motherboard and was replaced under warranty. The repairs were completed and the end user notified every step of the way via email address [redacted]@hotmail.com. The customer consistently responded via in person several days or weeks later to notification. The laptop to this day has never been picked up. The computer is in working order minus the NEW CPU we sold to recoup costs. We are willing to waive the remainder of the balance. We have already waived considerable labor charges. All time spent contacting Dell multiple times, shipping charges, etc. We believe this is more than fair.

because:I called Sony myself they informed me that it never takes that long for repair.  Was also told buy man who runs business that the ps4 had already been shipped back to his store this was several months ago.  I was offered by man who runs business a desktop computer.  I declined offer and said the only way to make it right was to return my PS four and my $75 or the purchase of a different PS four for me.  My PS four has been with him since December 24, 2015

The PS4 was shipped to Sony for repair. We are awaiting the return of the system. Customer didn't want to wait for the system to return, as it is taking longer than usual. We offered him a replacement system to use until his arrives. Please advise.
