Computer Heaven Inc

I visited Computer Heaven with a Malware computer problem. [redacted] told me the only solution was to reinstall the system software but I would lose everything currently on my computer. I left the store and was able to get ahold of a computer friend and explained my situation and what [redacted] at Computer Heaven told me..he researched the Malware I had on line and said it was very fixable with out losing anything on my computer. he made a repair disk from online remedies. Came over and installed it and eliminated the malware and my computer is back working fine. I would never go back to Computer Heaven. [redacted] should of been aware of other solutions available if he is really in the know!!
