Computer Liquidators

I had purchased a device from this business that had not lasted more then 30 days. When I went back with it, the [redacted] that works there outright and in front of other customers exclaimed that I had dropped it. I tried to explain that I had not, but [redacted] pointed out that the 5 year old used device had pitting that could only be caused by it being dropped. It could not have happened before I made the mistake of buying it. Needless to say I was made to feel as though I was trying to pull some sort of stunt at their expense. I needed to have it fixed so [redacted] I paid $140.00 to have it fixed. After I had paid two weeks ago, (and they having it for about a week before that) I called them on the 21st of January to find out what was going on. They had not even gotten the part in for it. Now, on the 27th of January I got a call back saying that it is ready for pickup. And I am told that the hinge is not locking the way it is supposed to and I have to be careful not to twist and brake the wiring and to top it all off the cover for the back half of the hinge is missing.
