In June we had the roofs of our buildings replaced by Standafer RoofingThe amount we paid was $148, The contract stated it has a year warranty with workmanship I have had a few problems in which [redacted] or one of his workers would repairIn March I contacted through text messages stating some shingles needed work and when the installation of new metal wrapping around the wood We texted back and forth until May 22nd and [redacted] ,the wife and co-owner that [redacted] passedI gave her some time but I texted June 22, and asked what was going on as she told me on June 21st she would be hereSince that time and June 30th she texted excuse after excuseShe has not returned my calls, texts or emails I want her company to abide by the contract as we have roof issuesIf her company is unable to complete the tasks, I want her sub-contract a company to do the work at her expense

When standafer roofing put on my roof they left off the drip edge This in turn put water into my soffits and damaged to the point that they were rotting off my house *** standafer admitted to the mistake and told me he would oar for the $in damages He paid $and now will not return calls or emails for the addition $owed

Installed roof yrs ago - now want to use them, but phone is either disconnected or busy - for the last months at leastseem to haver done a good job on roof, but don't understand where they went???

The aluminum trim and gutter work are very poorly done*** Standifer returned once with his grandson and the grandson tried to correct a gutter problem without success*** was ill at that time and they left without any further repairsAfter not hearing from the company again I called and talked to *** came out with one of their men and promised to return and correct the aluminum and guttersThat was the fall of when I last talked to ***I have sent email's and called with no responseToday when I call the company number 502-957-I get a message that the mailbox is full for 502-664-please try again
I answered yes to the question "Does your complaint involve a health issue" because water is left standing in the gutter creating a breeding ground for mosquitos
