I am rejecting this response because:I wasn’t even home during this carpet cleaning, so to say they explained anything to me is ludicrousI took a photo while the carpet was still wet, and it’s not a wear patternThe problem is that areas were cleaned in minutes and they didn’t do a good jobThen they didn’t even address my concerns when I called and emailedThe company and their customer service is awful Regards, *** [redacted]

Sorry that I hadn't responsed to your letter, but I have sent sick ever since before Xmas but thye lied they never call me I sit at home all days both time that they was suppose to come I didn't hear form them

Please provide restore it carpet cleaning with the price of the glass so that we may refund the amount

Mrs *** was explained too at the time that the area she thinks is dirt is a wear pattern, the technician went over the area many times in front of the customer, that is why the other areas we did are ok because they don’t have wear patterns in them yetThere is nothing more we can do to Mrs
