I'm sorry, but we tried our best to work with you and you refused to pay the billIf you can please pay it we will be glad to remove it

I spoke with joe over the phone, he offered me a laptop for 300$ with 150$ down, I sent him the payment through paypal within 5 minutes, I waited 3 weeks with no laptop, I then did my own research and found what he was selling me refurbished was 300 brand new, I called and asked for my deposit back , which in return I was screamed at and told he will take me to court and win! He offered me a laptop for the 150 I had already paid, being a women I took what he gave me as he threatened me before, the laptop was broekn never worked or turned on, I took it to two other computer repair shops to find out what he sold me was not worth more then 25$, I contacted him through facebook stating I wanted a refund for what he sold me, and he deleted his facebook page, I have since opened up a paypal claim against him , and if he does not respond I will be opening a civil suit. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Review: Dear Sir:

I recently had service done to my iMac computer. Please charge me for help with two problems that did

not get corrected during that service and with a series of new problems that have arisen since that

service. Someone there can reply to me via email at [redacted], The two problems

that did not get corrected during the service: 1] I had questions about getting a document to print at a

size other that that normally used. When I enlarge the pr¡nt size in a text, it still prints in the original

size. I was told to go to 'preview'and read the small print found at the bottom of preview. I find no such

options given on preview. Also, I unsuccessfully attempted to increase the font size for all documents.

Please write out the instructions for producing a printed document with print larger that usually produced

in a document. I am just not correctly remembering what I was told. 2] I had several files in the

'documents' section of my computer that give information about my [redacted] family history. These files

are from an old computer that I still have, but cannot open the files on the current computer. These files

were sent to me by an expert of [redacted] family history who has since died. Apparently they came

from Family Tree Maker. W¡th the old computer they opened directly from documents and did not require

use of Family Tree Maker. I was told that I need to order Family Tree Maker to get the desired

information. However, the correct Family Tree Maker is no longer available. Therefore, could I bring the

old computer in and have someone there open and print out the materials in these files or upgrade the

files for my current computer?

There are several new problems that arose after the service. These can be over come with effort, but

are very annoying: 1] Now when I go to Google I often get a message that I am not connected to the

¡nternet. As soon as I start the diagnosis, I get a message that there is no problem. 2] When I try

using my Epson Scanner, the images from the scanner do not show up in files on the computer. 3] I

have be having problems with [redacted] about service. A few days back someone from there had me

plug the TV line into the router which greatly improved the speed of internet and email loading. However,

each time I try to use email I have to log in. The option to leave logged in does not work. The guy from

[redacted] says that this problem may be because the computer is now set-up for'self-cleaning'. 4] I

have one major problem related to print¡ng. With the old printer I had the option for selecting to print

only one page or select pages in a document. With the new printer I am only given the options to print

the whole document and not to select pages from it. 5] Recently sometimes when I have tried to open

email or a web site I have been getting message "can't find the server". I assume there are simple

solutions to these problems and would appreciate someone mailing or emailing me instructions as to

how to correct the problems. If you need pre-payment, I can arrange payment when I drop the old

computer off at your business.

Thanks for your help with these problems. I hope you can just email or mail me instructions and you will

not have to drive up here to service the computer.
