Just sold my house and*** represented the buyersIn my opinion, the transaction was a total nightmareI was told on two separate occasions, the appraisal (which can take up to days for the entire process) was ordered when in fact, the ratified contract hadn't even even been turned into the buyer's lender, which MY agent ended up emailing to the buyer's loan officerSo approximately weeks into the contract, I was left scrambling with the movers and the house that I had purchased in another state, due to his negligent misrepresentationHe then ceased communication with the listing agent who represented me, not even acknowledging emails she sent and leaving her calls unanswered In my personal opinion, I would never do business with this organization or agent, who is also the broker in charge of the companyIt was my experience that he was sloppy, didn't follow up, and had pitiful communicationIf I were looking for an agent, I feel like*** and Putnam Real Estate would be my very last choice
