It's been months since the repairs without a phone call from her, how am I suppose to know that she is unhappy with the work that I performed? She never called me to ask for a refund or to make things right, she just went ahead and created a complaint with you and by the way, this is my very FIRST complaint listed with the Revdex.com ever and I'm sure that you can look that upAm I upset? sure I am, but I am still willing to make this right for her if only SHE is willing to cooperate

First off if this copy of windows was infact a legitimate copy why did it become and issue when I turned on windows update? After it updated the machine that is when MICROSOFT kicked back saying I needed a legitimate product keySo I took my PC back to the shop and now my windows update is turned off as well as windows defender and guess what I cannot change the settings because I no longer have access to change anything since me, the owner of the computer isnt an administrator and I cannot change it? funnyI took photos and video of all the error messages and the malware
It was not your job to place free software on anyones pcI did not ask for 10proWindows I have a key for, and I could have updated to windows for free, but now thanks to this i'm going to have to purchase a windows pro key or a copy of windows to fix what I already paid to have resolvedNow I want a refund and a NEW product key for the software you placed on my machine or a copy of windows 8, however I will not accept a burned copy must be from microsoft as I do not trust what could be on a burned discYou did not do your job and I will not allow you to touch my computer againTwice I have taken it in and both times it has been a disappointmenti also do not appreciate being spoken down to like I do not know anything about computersi'm quite informed
