He also raised his price unexpectedly by? ? $the day before starting the work, without objectionSecond, I disagree with Mr Coleman's contention that there are minor issues related to the work he did.? The quality of the job is NOT up to the standards of any reputable paving firm.? The work performed was noit done as indicated by his own signed, written contactFinally, MrColeman has previously stated at least three tines he would return to correct the problems with his work.? He has failed to do so each time.? I have no reason to believe he will fulfill his promise, nor do I have any confidence in his ability to correct the faulty workmanship not the the driveway has completely setMrColeman's response clearly shows that he is upset with the price we paid for the work.? A price HE setAs a result, he feels it is OK to have done a lousy job, and that he has no responsibility to do the work promised in his contact.? At this point, I plan to get estimates from reputable paving firms to fix MrColeman's shoddy work, and take legal action against him to recover the cost of the repairs
