I apologize for the issues you've experienced with you iPad 2. I'm going to have our staff order a new battery for it and we will contact you once it arrives. As I understand the tempered glass also broke. I assume this is because...

it was drop or somehow hit on the screen. I have this same glass on mine and I've dropped it several times and it's held up well. I'm sorry you haven't had the same experience. These are designed to protect the actual screen and by the sounds of it, it may have done its job and cracked the protective tempered glass instead of the LCD itself. We typically wouldn't return or refund these if they're broken, but I'll make an exception on this and when we get the battery in we'll call you and replace the battery and replace the tempered glass again at no charge.
I pulled aside a new tempered glass protective shield to make sure we have it when the battery arrives. I expect the battery will take approximately 2-3 days to get in and then we'll reach out to you.

I have grout the item back to the store several times. It fails to work. How do you blacklist this company. There has been a change in ownership, I was sold junk.
