Review: On December 5th, I got a text alert from my bank that a charge for 37.47 was being drafted out. Immediately red flags came out and I called the bank immediately. They told me who the charge was for and I immediately call them. Apparently they do not open until ten am on Saturdays. I reached a customer service representative finally and advised him that I had not authorized a charge and requested that a refund be issued. The person on the line was very rude but finally agreed to issue the refund and said it twould take 7-10 days for the credit to appear. I called today to see if the refund had indeed been issued and had nothing but hassle from the representative. He said they delete our information when we cancel their product. To say I was upset is the least of my concerns. Desired Settlement: I would like the company to reimburse me the double the amount of the charge they took out of my account plus the returned check fee that was accessed to my account. This has caused a lot of headache as I have been on limited income the past month and a half due to illnesses. The customer service provided has been deplorable. The total taken out of my account was 37.47 and a returned check fee of 9.00.

Review: Unauthorized deduction from checking account for services not asked for. Asked company for refund on 5/8/15; since have made two phone calls to them; and was told processed on 5/11/15. Still have not received refund. Email them, to find the status of refund, reply was that they are having technolgical problems with their processor; and don't know when I'm getting the refund; their hands on tied, I was told. Emailed and asked to process manually, as I'm tired of waiting, haven't heard anything.Desired Settlement: I want the amount of $37.47 refunded; as well as another $35.00 for having to wait fee. Total refund I want is $72.47 deposited on my debit card to my checking account. Thank You Mrs. [redacted]

Review: this company processed a charge through my bank by electronic check for $37.47 for software that I neither ordered or want .I have tried to contact them by phone and by email to get a refund to no availDesired Settlement: put the money back in my bank acct and quit doing this to other folks.furthermore ,I will have to change my whole bank acct and checks to keep my identity from being sold or reused by this outfit

Review: On 02/13/15 Check # cleared my acct in the amount of $37.47. I did not order. I called [redacted] and asked to cancel and for a refund. I was told it can take on 03/04/15 a refund was issued. As of 03/28/15 a refund has not been issued. I then called [redacted] and was told to email [redacted]. I emailed them 03/19/15 and was told they needed a copy of my bank statement from the 03/04/15. On 03/20/15 I emailed them the statement. No repsonse and then I sent a follow up email on 03/23/15 and no response as of now.Desired Settlement: I would like them to issue a paper check refund. I was waiting for the refund to close this account and as of now I am closing the bank account so I do not incur any additional monthly charges.

Review: I do not know how these people accessed my bank account and withdrew money. I have never signed up with them and do not even know who they are. They have taken money out of my account UNAUTHORIZED. I have not signed up for anything with them.Desired Settlement: They need to refund my money and remove my information from their system

Review: my checking account was debeted amount of 37.45 dollars never heard of or ordered anything from this company. they did not the right to take money with out asking now my checks are in the redDesired Settlement: I want them to pay back 37.42 to my account plus 36.00 dollars for bouncing the fund to start with want a total of 72.42 funded back to my account I will not pay fee for no funds in account . did not ask then to do this

I HAD NOT MADE ANY SUCH PURCHASE AND IF I DID I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT.

THIS COMPANY TO DATE IS MAKING ME WAIT (7-10) BUSINESS DAYS TO RETURN MONIES THEY FRAUDULENTLY DEBIT MY ACCOUNT.

WHEN I CONTACTED THEM VIA EMAIL AND THERE WEBSITE, I DO HAVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM THE COMPANY STATING THE TIME FRAME TO REFUND MY ACCOUNT..

THIS WAITING IS UNACCEPTABLEDesired Settlement: A REFUND CREDITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT, FORTHWITH!!!

Review: They have submitted fake checks to my credit union...these aren't anywhere close to my personal checks since January 2015 as far as I can tell total amount is over 149.88 plus bank fees.Desired Settlement: I want my money back
