END of their lease to refund the deposit. They informed us that they were moving out early and asked us to try and lease the property out, which we did on 3/16/17 at a price LOWER than what we could have held the [redacted] to through 7/31/17. Per the lease agreement we have 90 days AFTER lease expiration to refund an excess deposits.
