Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: we called Mr [redacted] the next day for a refundNot when he is claiming and he said the monies would be returned on 9-21-2015.This is the truth.Not all the claims he is making now.All I asked for was a refund from the day after the service was rendered Regards, [redacted]

Customer and wife were satisfied with services and software we installed but after a few days she called and was abusive with technician and said one of her friends said we were a scam as her friend did not receive services that she paid for We tried to explain that we were not that company and in fact she and her husband knew they had received services Husband talked to [redacted] later and wanted a refund [redacted] and he came to the result that we would remove the software that had been installed and refund his money That way we would still not get reimbursed for the time technicians worked on his computer fixing it and installing software but customer would be happy Customer asked for technician to wait until 9-21-to remove software so we could give refund He gave no reason for wanting to wait so long as this conversation took place on 9-6- However, when technician called on 9-21-as instructed there was no answer Many messages were left for them to call back so we could keep our end of the agreement, however, they never called or received our calls The toll free number to reach us is the same always and we even return calls on weekends Since then we have gotten this negative report on Revdex.com and a chargeback from his credit card company Of course, we agreed to refund his money to avoid these measures which count against us Obviously he decided he wanted both the services rendered and software installed and his money back, but that is not what he agreed to I do not know what else we could have done to avoid this
