I don't often take time to do these, I figure, I paid my money, they did the work, were square. On rare occasions however you go to a business that goes above and beyond, so they must be rewarded. I had taken my Dell laptop to another computer store in a Ft. O strip mall behind a tire store and I was told that I would have to buy a new main board for$185 plus $129 labor to replace it. I only paid $450 for it. I was irate and told them no thanks. On my way home, I saw a small shop in a little business center so I stopped in to see what they would say.(I had nothing to loose, I couldn't use it anyway) [redacted] at CSF Told me that yes, the best way to repair it was to replace the main board but there were other options. She told me that they could attempt to REPAIR the board! NOBODY does repairs anymore do they? These guys do. I was able to retrieve my lost data and use the laptop for several months until I could get a new one. Guess what? 99 bucks! I tell all of my clients to go see CSF
