We refunded her $!for the screen if she was to put a new screen she would see that the phone come on but is dark due to the back light but because we couldn't replace the back light 100% thats why we refunded her the money for the screen but the labor was done

I can prove with my receipt that I was charged for motherboard repair of $75 and my screen was never fixed I got my phone back in the same condition I took it to the store so I don't see any labor that was done.

Good Afternoon this the Technician of CSR the customer [redacted] came in wither her phone off the screen was cracked and the phone wouldn't even come on so what I did was replace the screen ran a few test to see what was going on with the phone I never told her we were going to replace the...

motherboard we actually told her we are going to check it out why is not coming on. After I cleaned the motherboard and tested it out with a new screen I would get the phone to show a charging logo but it wouldn't come on I explained that to the customer also even told her we were going to send it to our Motherboard  Tech specialist  we charged her her 160 plus tax that is why it came out to 175 $100 for the screen and $60 for the Tech to look at it  our top tech checked the phone and said the mother board had a shortish and was over heated that is why it didn't come on  so he told me to explain to the customer he needs to order some i'c chips and is going to take a while about 4-5 days he had delays with some orders and when he finally received it he worked on it one whole day he made it come on but their was no back light showing he said that part was because of the shortish even my boss try to take it some where else to see if we can fix it for her because we try to stand behind our repairs out off 100 phones we do like 20 don't work why because the motherboard be completely dead we refunded her 100.00 dollars for the screen because the phone wasn't 100% fix and the 60 dollars couldn't be refunded because it was for the labor of the tech working on it.  We never told her we were going to give her a new motherboard.
