Computer Solutions Int. Reviews (6)

Hi *** I just received a message from Georgia Shades "approving' my return I would like to keep the case open until the refund is in.Please, let me know if that is OK with youThank you very much for everythingRevdex.com is a source of inspiration!

The customer submitted her RMA request on SaturdayOur offices are closed over the weekend so we approved her request on MondayNot sure why she would file a complaint

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like to point out that, contrary to what "[redacted]" is claiming, this complaint was filed only after waiting over a week for someone from Georgia Shades to address my return request.  Multiple attempts were made to contact someone.  I filed a RMA request through their website, filed a complaint with Customer Service, left a voicemail on their toll free line (you can't get a live person on the phone) and did not receive a response until AFTER submitting my complaint with the Revdex.com. I also find it quite petty that Georgia Shades would try to place blame on me, the customer, for taking 4 days (in truth, it was 2 business days since the label was sent to me on a Thursday afternoon & the package was mailed out on Monday) to mail the package.  I have since received my refund & would like to put this experience behind me.
Regards,
[redacted]

This is a response to [redacted] complaint about his experience with our practice on [redacted].     We take pride in the treatment we provide to our patients. All treatment provided to anyone is backed up by proficient and meticulous records including x-rays, pictures,...

measurements and documentation. We follow all the clinical guidelines for all our diagnosis and procedures recommended by the [redacted] and other regulatory entities.     First let me address [redacted] diagnosis. In the interest of keeping things simple for the layman, gum disease is generally diagnosed after taking pocket measurements of the gums around the teeth. There are 3 stages of gum disease. Incipient (beginning stages), moderate and severe [redacted] We are very careful and meticulous when we take those records because periodontal disease is the #1 UNDERDIAGNOSED disease in dentistry and it is the #1 reason dentists get sued. This is especially true when the disease is in its incipient stages, which was the case for [redacted]. Most dentists miss the incipient pockets which are shallower than the pockets involved with moderate [redacted] This explains potentially why the other dentist may have found less disease. It is likely they underdiagnosed. If [redacted] wanted a true second opinion that is more objective, he should have gone to a [redacted]). I am sure he would have received a diagnosis similar to ours. The problem with some general dentists is that they don't view the incipient pocket depths as a big problem, which is why the disease in general goes underdiagnosed and a lot of lawsuits ensue regarding this problem. Gum disease is a silent killer even in it's severe cases. It never hurts or alerts you till you actually lose the tooth. I stand by our diagnosis, we have the measurements and the documentation to back it up. We operate under full transparency and I welcome any PEER review for the situation, since this is a situation where the patient cannot be a good judge, due to their lack of knowledge in dentistry.     Now I want to address the accusations of overcharging for the treatment. [redacted] understood his estimate incorrectly although it was clearly explained to him. This can happen with [redacted] insurance patients since the fee schedules can be confusing. The $12009 mentioned in the complaint would have been the cost of treatment is the patient was cash and had no insurance. Our system always prints a column showing UCR (usual and customary rates) so the patient can see the benefit of having their insurance. It was NOT the fee being billed to the patient or the insurance. [redacted] insurance generally does not compensate us for our procedures, we are contracted to offer a discounted rate to the patient based on their plan. We only get paid from the patient, so the total contractual rate for our diagnosis and the patient's treatment needed was $497. The total billable cost of treatment was not $1200.I cannot attach any documentation without the patient's consent since it would be a [redacted] violation. The only reason I am even discussing his case openly is because he disclosed this personal info to be publically viewed and I am responding to his accusations. I do not appreciate the defamatory statements such as "Fraud" and "abuse" in the patient's complaint. Before someone makes damaging statements like that, they need to get their facts staright. [redacted] should have gotten more than one opinion and not "shopped" for the one he wanted to hear. He should have gone to a [redacted] for the most accurate second opinion. It would be difficult now to truly evaluate the case, since he already received some localized periodontal treatments. It would have been appreciated if [redacted] came in for a second consultation with me so I can help him understand things better, I would have been happy to give him a choice of [redacted]s he can go to for secondary opinions before we did any treatment.     In summary, I stand by our diagnosis and recommended treatments, if a second opinion was to be obtained, it should have been with a specialist. We are very proud of the service and treatment we provide. There is a reason we have over 500 five star reviews between all third party websites like [redacted] etc. It's because we do things right all the way around. If we were in the business of defrauding people and abusing their trust, it would have been reflected in our reviews.Thank youDr. George [redacted]Managing PartnerDental Illusions
