I am rejecting this response because: AmeriWest is over charging me and they do not want to give me an itemization of what they did on my roofThey also don’t want to discount the left rear elevation repair, something that they did not doTheir only answer is; that was part of thecontract and that is it.My husband went on the roof with the person in charge of the construction (***)and he explains to my husband that they did not have to do the repair on the leftrear elevationSo, why do I have to pay for something they did not do?Also,the allegations of *** and *** *** of me hanging up the phone aretrueThe first time that I talk to *** ***, I was in the cell phone butI call back and apologize to him, because the cell phone hung up on hisown. But with Mrs*** I talk to her like three times and the last time I hang up on her because she was still laughing at me and tell me how much can you take of somebody being so disrespectful? So, enough is enough…I really would like to understand the chargesThat is my right as a customer andtheir not wanting to itemize it to me
Ms. [redacted] contracted with AmeriWest to replace her roof at [redacted]We completed the work in a timely fashion and invoiced her for the balance due as calculated by her Adjuster and as per the Xactimate estimate approved by herself and Farmers Insurance company.The...
current balance due on her account is $629.31. I believe her confusion lies in not understanding the ACV and RCV portions of her claim and how they break out from the total claim components. I have personally called Ms. [redacted] and spoke to her and tried to explain but she hung up on me so we had her own insurance adjuster ( [redacted]) call her at least three documented times and try to explain her invoice to her.Gretchen [redacted], our office manager, has spoken to Ms. [redacted] MANY times and Ms. [redacted] has hung up on her on all but 1 occassion. No one has laughed at this ciustomer and the conversation in question was witnessed by several of our staff in the office.At this point Ms. [redacted] has had her invoices and billing explained by my staff as well as her own Farmers insurance company several times. Ameriwest enjoys a preferred contractor status with Farmers Insurance, Allstate Insurance and Hartford Insurance Companies. We did not come by that reputation overnight. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and timely problem resolution. By looking at our Revdex.com profile one can easily see that we just dont have customer resolution problems.....until now.Ms. [redacted]' current balance due is $629.31....I would be happy to accept this balance due from her in full or provide her an in-house interest free payment plan and gladly honor all warranties afforded her for the next five years. Since we cannot seem to effectively communicate with her through internal channels nor via Her own adjuster I am turning this matter over to Legal council.?
