Brought my computer in 01/04/for a broken hinge on my laptop *** said it looks like a broken hinge but I need to open it to know, you'll need to leave itI asked how much, he said $30/hinge & $to fix it When they opened it, they determined it was the case that needed replaced and told me it would be $for a new case I agreed for them to order the case and paid for the caseI called the following week and every Friday for the next weeks Continually I was told the case that they ordered had not come in yetFinally they received the case and told me they were working on it When I received the computer after they claimed they had replaced the case, I found that the cursor was jumping all over the place and now the computer was not connecting the keys to the instrument below the keys You could hear them making a dinging sound On top of that, the case did not appear to be a new case at all It is scratched, dinged, dirty, and the hinges are misaligned It appe

On August 12th 2017 I sat with [redacted] to discuss his insurance needs and coverage after purchasing a 2017 Dodge Journey.  I sent the quote to his email so that he and his wife could go over the price comparisons together.  On August 18th, 2017 [redacted] came in to Corwin and signed...

documents, accepting [redacted]’s policy and extra coverage.  We both agreed that [redacted] would come in on August 21st, 2017 with an account and routing number so I could set up electronic payments.  Later that day on August 18th, 2017 [redacted] called me and advised the quote that [redacted] first gave him dropped considerably and is a much cheaper price than [redacted]’s.  I asked [redacted] if he would like to come in Monday the 21st to go over the coverage [redacted] was offering him, stating that “I was worried [redacted] had dropped his coverages he wanted to beat [redacted]’s price”.  [redacted] agreed on the phone stating that he thought this was a good idea because he was worried about the coverage as well.  After we both agreed on the phone that [redacted] would stop in Monday with the account/routing number and a copy of the quote from [redacted] I never heard from him again until I received the grievance notice on August 20th, 2017.  I have to say I don’t believe [redacted] was the one who wrote this complaint it doesn’t sound like him at all.  After the conversation we had on August 20th, 2017 everything seemed to be going well and by the time I got the grievance notice on Sunday I was still under the impression he would be coming in on Monday to make sure his coverages were the same through [redacted].I apologized to [redacted] through email for the miscommunication on August 20th, 2017 the day I received the grievance notice.  [redacted] also stated in his email he wanted his policy cancelled through [redacted] with a full refund.  I cancelled his policy first thing August 21st, 2017 when I got back into the office and he will receive a full refund.
