Review: June 12, 2014 I subscribed for computer support service for a period of two years via two separate transaction amount; $179.99 and $120.00.(see attached) This agreement would have terminated on June 12, 2016; however, since I no longer have the computer, I contacted Computer Tech Support LLC to have this service agreement canceled.I was informed that I was only eligible to receive a refund for the period remaining on the agreement which was November, 2015 to June 12, 2016 or $ 100.00. Per the company's staff, Larry, he was unable to refund it because the original portal access was not available and when attempting to credit this amount back to my credit card, they received an error and therefore, I would have to continue to use their service until it had run its course. This meant to me that I had lost $100.00.I contacted their billing department a minimum of three separate occasions on October 29, 2015 to discuss this issue and to no avail I received the same answer. I contacted my credit card company to verify the statement and found the statement to be incorrect, reflecting that because of the time frame, I may not be entitled to the whole amount, but a partial refund, of which I agreed. My credit card representative, Noline contacted this organization and spoke with Raymond B[redacted], Customer Relations Representative.Mr. B[redacted] informed me that the truth of the matter is that because an error was received when attempting to credit the $100.00 back to my credit card account, that the issue needed to be escalated to the finance department, so they could recommend the best method to refund the credit, meaning they would use a different type of refund payment method. He is to contact me on November 2, 2015 no later than 10:00 AM EST. When speaking to Mr. B[redacted] on 11/2/2015, I was told that an confirmation email and refund to account would be forthcoming and credit would be posted NLT 11/10/2015.Desired Settlement: I would like the entitled refund of $100 in the form of a check and/or credited back to my credit card account as soon as possible.

Review: These people made me an offer of $9.99 so I asked so all I have to pay to have my computer fixed is $9.99 and then they switch to $99.99 then they keep changing the price over the phone they are bait and switch me. I gave them the chance to go for $30 and they said they cant honor my contract with the guy that made the offer of $9.99 I agreed to it and they will not honor my agreementDesired Settlement: the product I need to fix my computer for $30 preferably $9.99 but ill go $30

Review: I got transferred to them from [redacted] anti-virus on Oct 16th 2014. ([redacted] had found viruses on my laptop.) [redacted] remotely took over my computer and "fixed" them. A couple weeks later, after the laptop was "fixed", everything stopped working on it. They gave me a week to make sure nothing went wrong. If it had in this time, they'd fix it for free. A week after my "free" week was gone, it stopped working. It now freezes up constantly. All was well with my computer and my free period was done, my laptop suddenly went to hell in a hand basket. Coincidence? I think not! Nothing out of the ordinary has been done on it AND we have [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want my money back because after all was well with my computer and my free period was done, my laptop suddenly went to hell in a hand basket.

Review: I ordered there online tech support , The technician , Brett, N[redacted], Stuart, Diego did my online support and deleted windows Files, When they where done computer will not reboot now . It says files Missing . I have to take to computer store locally now to get fixed.Desired Settlement: Refund all monies I paid into company , and pay for computer to get repaired since due to there negligence it hase to be fixed locally.......
